Problem with the Bluetooth and WiFi ON during every log in

Asked by Triyambakesh

I am using a laptop Acer Aspire 5740 model, core i5 processor, which has manual buttons for turning the Bluetooth/WiFi ON/OFF. Every time i log in to my Laptop (Switch ON), the bluetooth and WiFi remains ON until i switch it OFF manually. Earlier this problem was not there when i was using Marverick series (Ubuntu 10.10). Kindly help me to rectify this issue. Thank you.

i think it's on by default in 11.10 and it can't be changed. i just uninstalled bluetooth since my laptop doesn't support it.
if you don't use wifi, you might want to uninstall that too.
