Can't get mouse to work .. /uninstall ubuntu

Asked by brad haaf

why have wubi if any windows user that has Logitech mouse will run into x number of problems ....
i'm mean after 20+ hr of trying to solve this issue ... i'm done. might try ubuntu at latter time ... like when it can do the most basic thing like my mouse working...
btw 90% of the answers to the issue have answers that require use of terminal = to windows command prompt i guess in 8-9 years of using windows xp i have never needed to use a command prompt yet seems all my solutions for the mouse problem require me accessing code .... witch i can't copy/paste without a mouse lol would help alot if there was a video archive of some kind on youtube for new users anyhow see you 12.04 ... if my mouse works lol

You can copy and paste with keyboard. Do you have another mouse to get it sorted?

FWIW, Logitech hates Linux and refuses to support it.

Can you help with this problem?
