Extremely slow keyboard after setting 2 displays

Asked by Vinko Zlatic

Hi. Last week I added a new display to be able to use 2 of them. The second one is pluged in via digital cable and is rotated 90 degrees. My video card is ATI Radeon HD 6570. I am working on ubuntu 12.04 Since I have put the new display (via Xinerama) I hve poblems writting any text fast. For instance the first sentence of this question looks like this:
"Hi.Last wek I adedanewdislay to beable to ue2 of them."
It is painfull to type as slow as I need to type this for my post tobe readable. Any help? (No accesibility options problems - I have already checked that)
p.s. The mouse is also very slow while moving and any change in mouse sensitivity and acceleration doesnot result in ANY change ofmouse behavior.

If you unplug, then reattach the keyboard after a few seconds, is it better?

Nope but when I changed to usual ports in stead of USB works fine now.
Although before it was normally working on USB ports and things changed
after addition of another display. Could it be the power related problems?

Possibly, try rebooting with the keyboard in the new port, is it ok?

Can you help with this problem?
