Sometimes when I start typing with Caps Lock, the second letter comes out big too, like this: HEllo

Hi!
I am still new to Ubuntu, so I don't know everything about it yet.
Sometimes when I start typing with Caps Lock, the second letter comes out big too, like this: HEllo.
Is there a way to fix this? If so, how?

Maybe it is just a sticky key?

No. On my other operating system, which is Windows 7, it does not do that.
If it is a sticky key, how can I turn it off and/or make it normal?

You don't need to become root, hence the 'sudo' part of the command
