Install Karmic's Boot Splash screen in jaunty

Is Karmics's bootup splash screen available for installation?Can i install it in 9.04? if yes, how? I am havin VIA graphic card (openchrome).

Considering Karmic is due for release soon, you could just wait.

You could find a PPA with the package maybe, you could try:

http://ppa-search.appspot.com/
