https://launchpad.net/~nvidia-vdpau/+archive/ppa

add that ppa then run:

sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install nvidia-195-modaliases nvidia-glx-195

Done

don't use jockey, the command I have will install the driver which is what jockey is for. We are sidestepping it.

At no point have I mentioned jockey. Why are you running it??
