Unable to unable visual effects or set a higher resolution.

Graphics Card: Nvidia 7100

I can't seem to enable any desktop effects or change the resolution of my computer. I'm kinda new to Ubuntu so I'm not sure if its something on my end. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with a graphics driver though.

If more information is need just ask.

Seems my computer was having internet issues, i am now able to download the lastest driver.
