xsane package

I get an error when I open xsane to scan a photo, the error I get is "Error during ICM conversion: Could not open scanner ICM profile"

I tried to un-install and reinstall the xsane app, It worked a few times then started to fail with the error.

I get an error when I open xsane to scan a phone, sorry should be "Photo" not "phone"...

Thanks, if I unchecked the colour management, then its fine. When would I need the colour management setting?
