export clauses to /etc/xrdp/startwm.sh to start Ubuntu shell session

Asked by Sami hulkko

Would it be possible (even commented out) to have:

#To start Ubuntu session over XRDP following settings need to be enabled
#export GNOME_SHELL_SESSION_MODE=ubuntu
#export XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=ubuntu:GNOME

So that gnome session on Ubuntu would start right with desktop settings on XRDP?

This may help. Your system may not be in Azure but Ubuntu is Ubuntu

I have working XRDP in all machines (7 at the moment). This is more of a convenience for other users to save hours of searching how to get Ubuntu XRDP desktop work like it works on console.
Without these export definitions the Ubuntu Gnome desktop won't have the settings it needs to display things properly and provide things like: Settings->Appearance, right setup for dash/dock, desktop icons etc.
