ubuntu is not starting , when i start ubuntu it shows the message out of range

Could you describe what happened before this error? I believe this is a screen resolution problem which can be reset by removing ~/.config/monitors.xml from a Terminal. If you can login via Recovery Mode then to a terminal, delete the file by this command

rm ~/.config/monitors.xml
