  * QA upload.

  * debian/docs: added the BUGS file.
  * debian/rules:
      - Added the variable DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS to improve the GCC hardening.
      - Added the variable DEB_LDFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND to fix some unnecessary
        links against libraries.
      - Removed some trash.
  * debian/watch: updated to version 4.
