no scroll bar and i cant minimize

xpad is not functioning properly - no scroll bar and i cant minimize after upgrade in Kali linux

i have reconfigured but still the scroll bar wont appear

how to fix this?

Kali isn't supported by the Ubuntu community in any way. Kali has it's own community and support channels

I suggest you post on the Kali forum here:
https://forums.kali.org/

None of the "Ubuntu based" distributions are supported here.
