screen freezing

hello,
i am using dell vostro 3568 8gb ram and 2 gb graphics with 2 gb amd readeon.the problem i am facing is the screen freezing.whenever i am opening software updater screen freezes and i have to press power button to off it.sometimes normally also the screen is freezing.
