ubuntu on starting keeps lagging

it takes 1.5 minutes for my laptop to get completely started and upon that when it gets started when i open any applications like google chrome it takes half more minute to open it.

Which Ubuntu version are you running? What make and model is your laptop?

Please provide the output that you receive for the commands (to be executed in a terminal window):

i am using ubuntu 16.04 lts.my laptop is dell vostro 3568 8 gb ram,2gb amd radeon graphics.

sir there is one more problem surrounding me that is when i switch on or
switch off my laptop dell vostro 3568 it just shows me black screen showing
reports like [ok]disk directory-----
[ok]open................. and so on kindly solve it
