X.org, no screens found

I am trying to boot into ubuntu but when it starts to load the GUI it gives me an error saying it cant. This is the error above. It then takes me to the command prompt where I can enter commands. I have tried reconfiguring and even tried switching to a different linux but i get different errors there too. Please help me anyone.
