2nd connected visa DVI-i-1 using a DVI-i to SVGA connector does not show full resolution its showing as Unkonw Display. with max resolution of 1024x768 I can add high resolution suing following commnds

It did installed latest X server settings.
and now i can see more resolution options for CRT-0 but still 1280x1024 is missing, but some options are over the limit of screen max limits. e.g 1152x864 and 1360x768 both are useless.
in X server settings i can hit advance and edit viewPortionin to 1280x1024 but viewPortout when i change it to 1280x1024+0+0 it reverse back to 1024x768+0+0
