Display is divided into 3 segments..... 1 -2 -3 and it is displaying in 3-2-1.... Please do help me...

We cannot help you here in Launchpad Answers Tracker with a version of Ubuntu that is not released yet.
You have Ubuntu Raring 13.04 installed (upgraded). This version is not stable yet.
