Overheating HP laptop dual graphics

I have taken several days tried to install Ubuntu 12.04 on my laptop HP g6 with dual graphics (Intel and ATI). After several setbacks got that Ubuntu will work but the laptop overheats so much( with Windows 7 this doesnt happen). I need assistance with this problem because I need it to work.

You will get this. The dual GPU mess causes all kinds of issues in Linux and is best avoided. This may help but I expect you will have a lot of issues.
