Dont remember resolution

Hi. Every time I restart the computer, it lost resolution settings and go back do 1024x768. How can I make it to remember. I have the same problem with cool reader. I just dosent remember settings.

sudo lshw -C display
and
uname -a

Hi, I accidentally found that Jupiter addon for ubuntu changed resolution. I think that safe mod had messed it. I still have problem with cool reade, but I think it comes from program itself, not ubuntu.
