In two weeks you could've tried a query with the error message.
e.g.

> How should I remove /tmp/.X0-lock

rm /tmp/.X0-lock

Or just reboot with REISUB.

Try it with 'sudo'.

However seems your hd is out of space, maybe clean-up package cache.
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoremove

Can you help with this problem?
