IBM X61 Tablet and text entry

I have an IBM x61 tablet... The pen and all the expected functions work great. How do I input text using the pen, ie how can I get a pop up keyboard for text entry?

And you will have an onscreen keyboard. You can add the command to bootup so it loads automagically.
