Screen going gray is solved

I want to thank everyone who tried to help me with this. We've come to the conclusion that the problem lays with the laptop itself. That it is going down and I will need to get another one. Will see if this one is fixable first, then if not get another computer. So the problem is solved in that respect. Thanks again.
