only wallpaper appears and right click works , everything else disappeared, no settings nothing

sir, i used compiz to configure and i did something wrong , and now only the wallpaper appears and right click works , nothing else works no stetting, taskbar , meta button , please help

Sir i formatted it with ubuntu 11.04. and now it's the good old system. Thank you.
