Screen Changes with ubuntu 11.04?

HII people of ubuntu :) i have one problem here is.......when i;ve been installed the 11.04 my screen changes for this ubuntu 11.04 and its really crazy just for that i dont know why
this is an example :
screen without UBUNTU 11.04 1400x900-60Hz(its works good!!!) and with UBUNTU 11.04 600x400 Hz(changes the configuration of my screen and dont let me sign in) :( i dont know if this problem its about the new update, sure in this but no that all
