Drivers for Sony VGN-P11Z

Hi, I have installed Ubuntu Netbook Edition onto my Sony VGN-P11Z everything seems to be working fine apart from a couple of things. The graphics seem very jumpy so am guessing I need help with the drivers also my mobile broadband I cant seem to get working. I am on 3 in the uk.

Apart from those two things the OS seems perfect :-)

I have also tried to add the Poulsbo2D and 3D drivers then after reboot all I get is a black screen

ok run:

/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

add one of these:

options snd-hda-intel model=sony-assamd
options snd-hda-intel model=toshiba-s06

You will need to reboot in between to test, then re-edit, remove the line then add the other one.
