OK I may be a bit illiterate to all of those things you asked me for....Could you please tell me what those are? Thank you very much. I know a little about computers but not as much as I should I guess;-)

It always seems to happen. I am not sure why all of a sudden it doesn't just leave off from where I am typing it jumps back up to where I typed earlier and just starts from there.
