motif mouse lockups

Could someone responsible for bugs in X.org please take a look at bug 553415?

I believe this is a bug in Xorg, not in the nvidia driver.
It's a critical bug for most motif applications, and I am not seeing any activity on it.
There is a patch out upstream (xorg mailing list), fedora has applied it, and I have confirmed both the
bug and the fix on ubuntu 10.04 (rebuilt xserver-xorg-core with the patch).

I am not sure if the bug should be reassigned to xorg-xserver or how to proceed in
getting the fix applied.
