Add support for new keyboard

Hello,
I have PS/2 keyboard "Intelligent Keyboard K04" with multimedia keys which has no support in this package.
I add xkb_symbols in symbols/inet for this keyboard and now for me works.
It is possible to add my patch to this package (I've created patch files)?

So this is not a question I suppose? It's a proposal for adding some help to Launchpad and Ubuntu?
