provide xineplug_vo_raw.so in the package

Is it possible to include the xineplug_vo_raw.so in this package? It is already created during the build process but is for some reason not included in the package. Some software is using this to display media contents, forcing me to compile libxine myself. There are no dependencies connected with this video out plugin.

Adding "debian/tmp/usr/lib/xine/plugins/*/xineplug_vo_out_raw.so" in
libxine1-misc-plugins.install was sufficient to achieve the goal.
