* Add upstream metadata file.
* Add missing colon in closes line.
* Fix day-of-week for changelog entries 3.1.3-6.
* Remove output silence from xfig-testsuite and run aclocal otherwise
autotest fails with debhelper 13 (Closes: #958352).
* Upgrade to Standards-Version 4.5.0 (no changes).
* Rename gitlab-ci.yml to salsa-ci.yml.
