Add to repositories for 22.04 LTS

xe-guest-utilities is not in the repository for Ubuntu 22.04 but is located in Ubuntu 20.04.
The package should be added to the repository for the newest LTS of Ubuntu to allow for easy install via apt for users of XCP-NG who would like to leverage automation tools such as cloud-init. This would allow automated installs of Ubuntu with the proper management tools to integrate with Xen hypervisors such as XCP-Ng.
