How to require to be maintainer of xe-guest-utilites package?

Hi team,
We have a git repo in https://github.com/xenserver/xe-guest-utilities.git, currently its latest release is v7.20.0, and my question is how to be the maintainer of xe-guest-utilities package and update the new release into ubuntu distrubution.
