How to change reply to CTCP VERSION from a user?

Asked by Sou D

I do not want random users to know my system information when they send me a CTCP VERSION. I found "CTCP Replies" under the Settings --> Preferences ---> Advanced tab, but I am unsure as to what changes I should make. Can I just delete the whole default string that is shown there so that the user gets nothing?
