Extension to wmctrl

I've added a new option to wmctrl, which will sanely auto-tile windows. It detects the number of windows on the current desktop, then determines which screen they are on and then auto-tiles them relatively cleanly.

I tried to get in contact with the guy who wrote wmctrl, but he isn't responding anymore.

What's the best way to submit this?
