wireless-regdb update to 2024-01-23

Would it be possible to update the wireless-regdb to the latest upstream wireless-regdb? We'd need the Wifi6E frequencies for Swiss and they're missing in 2022-06 release.

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then it will be updated sooner rather than later
