i want run ijji Reactor using Wine i get error

After I installed the programs by Wine I got this window:

And I asked a week ago
Why when I ran Ijji Reactor I get this window:

, it is stay in this status all the time and in the past it worked.
and anyone was not tell me what I need to do for solved my problem?
