Why Wine is so slowly?

Everyone knows why the Wine is so slowly?
i wanna to install software and it take more than 10 seconds to the installation to get up.

What are you trying to install?
Wine takes quite a long time to start the first time but should not be so slow subsequent times.

I installed Wine Microsoft Windows Compatibility Layer
and i dont know why its so slowly.

thats not valid answer. Thats like saying:

Q: What do you want to eat?
A: Yes

It makes no sense at all!!

Wine is used to install windows apps (like word or games aimed at windows) Once you install (and the app is compatible) then you can run the setup.exe with wine and it will run

You may have to tweak the system / wine / application to make it run but some apps do run very well (return to castle wolfenstein runs amazingly, as does doom3)

The installers take a while to "get up" as wine is doing a LOT of work to translate stuff so the installer can kick off and get going. I suggest you consult the appdb at:
http://appdb.winehq.org/

To see if the thing you are trying to run works with wine. NOT ALL APPS WORK
