I'm trying to install internet explorer 6, it's in the downloads folder but archive manager won't launch it, what do I do?

I also installed wine and tried to launch it with that but it said a newer version of IE is already installed, which it isn't

there is ies4linux

Its not very stable and I don't suggest using it. You will be disappointed

Yeah it isn't very stable

but I needed it for certain sites for work that only allow IE

so thanks
