Whats the code to install a programme with the terminal?

I tried to install Pinnacle Studio with Wine, but it didn't work. Then I thought to install it with the terminal, but i don't know the code to install it.

for example

if you look at the wine appdb you may find it needs extra dll files or settings in wine to get running. Have you considered opensource alternatives to pinnacle studio?

Then if they don't fit your needs, you will have to fork out for an XP licens (if you don't have one) to either dual boot or virtualise.
