Wine Problem Audlib 2

I donat have Internet connection so I downloaded the wine from the internet cafe from ubuntu.com
When I tried to install on ubuntu 8.04 , It get error Dependancy is not satisfiable Audlib2
I also tried it on Ubuntu 8.10 it replies with same error help me

You should use check dependencies from http://packages.ubuntu.com before downloading. Dependencies are essential to be fulfilled before installing software in ubuntu.

 though i dont remember seeing audlib as one of its dependencies.

I believe you mean libaudio2, which is one of the dependencies for Wine, along with binfmt-support, winbind and possibly wine-gecko (depending on the version of Ubuntu and Wine). You need to have all those packages downloaded and installed before installing Wine manually like that.
