how to use wine

Ok I'm really "technically challenged" so maybe i'm just missing something but I just downloaded wine (using linux-ubuntu) because my son wants access to real arcade and miniclip etc but i guess i expected a url addr line or something to access real arcade and similar? how do i get access to a windows based program using wine?

To install wine

Please first enable the universe repository:

Open System->Administration->Software sources-> [ Tab Ubuntu software ]
enable "Community Maintained open source software (universe)"
Close and confirm the repository reload.

Then open a Terminal from the menu Applications->Accessories->Terminal and type:

sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install wine

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you type it, then press enter.
