I couldn't install wine 1.6 require to install playonlinux package on ubuntu 14.04 64 bit lts

Ok, as expected.
Now please try
sudo apt-get install wine1.6
if that gives a similar error message quoting another package as "is not going to be installed", try the same command again with that package name and so on, until there is a different error message.
Then copy/paste all output into this question document, that we can check and hopefully advise further.

I see the culprit (or at least the first of them):
You have the amd64 version of libcgmanager0 from trusty-backports, but the system (because of priority settings) wants to install the i386 version from the trusty-updates repository.
