Wine does not recognise KOBO eReader drive

I have just upgraded from Ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04 and re-installed Wine. When I run Adobe Digital Editions it does not see my KOBO eReader on /peter/media/KOBOeReader. It was working in 12.04. Any suggestions please?
