请改善中文支持和反馈方式（Please improve Chinese support and feedback mode）

各位开发者朋友好：

        我是一名Ubuntu用户，使用Ubuntu3年了，当然有个别还是必须得要用Win软件，这样你们开发的Wine软件就极大的帮助了我们，在此说声：非常感谢！

         同时，我发现linux下很多软件（包括wine），在反馈机制上对于普通用户非常不方便：比如Ubuntu的bug报告系统，我认为他对于开发者来说，或许很好；但是对于我等普通用户来说，很多时候很难用，比如：1 有的严重问题也不会弹出bug报告框 2 这些反馈系统基本都是英文，而用户来说很多专业英文都不好，难以准确描述。

         主流软件中，我特别喜欢的是firefox，它的反馈系统特别好，尤其是针对普通用户：点击帮助——提交反馈 就可以了，很多建议、报告可以这里告诉，他们也能进一步要求我们提供什么东西，也好配合。

         个人认为：linux虽然很棒，但是这么多年了，依然不能在桌面市场上有所发展，一个重要原因是绝大部分开发者都是按照自己的喜好开发的，而很少考虑普通用户怎么好用、易用。

         关于wine，我想提一个建议，如果有条件，请看看：中国使用通达信（很多券商也提供了它作为推荐）炒股的人很多，这种软件就没有linux版本，现在wine后界面上基本没有乱码了，但是公式内容里面依然不能显示中文，很不方便。公式能显示中文，非常重要。这里没法上传截图给你们看，希望对于普通用户的反馈方式中能可以有截图。

         我的环境 ：wine1.5.28（ubuntu13.04 amd64），通达信软件下载地址http://download.gtjadzh.com/download/setup_gtjarz.exe 至于公式内容，随便新建一个，就会发现无法输入中文；或者网上随便下载一个保护中文的公式，粘贴进入公式编辑器，就会发现乱码，无法保存。

        我不确定开发者朋友们是否懂中文，所以，用百度翻译了这篇文章（当然机器翻译不一定准确）。
