Will the windows exe virus will also spread in my computer after installing wine

After installing wine1.4 ... Will it also execute the exe virus which is currently inactive in my pc and the hidden virus which is attached to setup.exe

Yes but it will also only affect ~/.wine and not any of the Ubuntu OS
