The latest version of wine for oneiric '1.5.5-0ubuntu1 ~ ppa1 ~ oneiric1 + pulse17', and the latest version of wine for precise '1.5.13-0ubuntu1'. Will there be further updated version of wine for oneiric?

I suggest you use the Wine PPA for the newer updates of Wine. They update it fairly regularly
