Skyrim and wine.

I am trying to play Skyrim on my emachine T5088. Used to have Windows Vista. The game is installed but when I launch it wine crashed with internal errors. Invalid parameters. Any suggestions on how I should go forward would be greatly appreciated.

Please locate the skyrim exe file, (search browse c in the dash then click the app that comes up, the skyrim exe should be somewhere in that) now open a terminal by holding down ctrl and alt and pressing t, type wine, then a space, then drag the exe into the terminal, before pressing enter. Copy and paste the output that the terminal gives when you run it, as that may give us more information than just the basic wine error message.
