Windows Emulator for Linux for High end games (like Elder Scrolls Skyrim)

Asked by Chris

I am writing to find out if you know of Windows Emulator for Linux that will play the more advanced games (like The Elder Scrolls Skyrim or The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings) they are a graphically intense game that need a gaming computer and at least 8 MB of Ram, a Quad processor (processor must be at least 2.5 Ghz I believe.) and a dedicated GPU.

PS I am an older person in my 50s who is REAL tired of the stuff MS is dishing out. I Just like to play RPG games in my spare time.

I also do not do well with a set of instructions too well anymore. tough to get old. sigh

Thank you in advance

my son has a windows 7 pc with 8 GBS of ram on it (sorry it is GB for Ram not MB) and they just play on his I would like to put them on Ultimate settings. I intend to build my own PC customized to play these games, I am just looking for a way to get around MS.

Thanks again
Chris

Some games work in wine, some don't. Wine isn't an emulator

That link shows you what works and how to get it working (if at all).

Can you help with this problem?
