Hi,

I need to Install SQL Server 2005 on Ubuntu Desktop Version Using Wine SW.
Can I do it without Install the Virtual Box (VM software)?

To use virtualbox you will need a legal copy of windows including license. If the server is the main purpose of the system I suggest you use just windows, or dual boot. SQL will perform poorly in comparison.
