Hello Yong
I personally think that the best answer to your question is found here
http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/itunes

"Can I run iTunes in Ubuntu (or Linux in general)?
No, you can't. "

your best option for itunes is to either dual boot or to run windows in a virtual machine. Your best bet would be to use a linux Media Player alternative like Banshee or Rythmbox both of which are found in the Ubuntu Software Center.

It doesn't work:

If you MUST use iTunes to manage your crappy iPod you will need to use a Windows virtual system (use virtualbox from the virtualbox repo if you go that way, this gives native usb access) and run it in there. You will be running both OSes at the same time (huge bloat plus cost).

Alternatively banshee or rhtythmbox may help.
